Since 2000, Leadership Week has been an annual initiative and one of UCF’s signature traditions. Coordinated by the Leadership Week Executive Board and the LEAD Scholars Academy, the program is designed to encourage, inspire, and prepare leaders at every stage of their journey.

Leadership Week 2026’s Theme: Retro Future – Building Future Leaders
This year’s theme, Retro Future: Building Future Leaders, celebrates the balance between tradition and innovation. It highlights how leaders can draw strength from the past while creating bold possibilities for the future—perfectly reflecting UCF’s inclusive and forward-looking spirit.
Our 2026 logo features a rising sun over a dynamic skyline—a symbol of growth and vision. The glowing sunrise represents leadership as a guiding light, while the blend of historic and modern architecture symbolizes how history intersects with future ambition. Together, these elements capture the vision and energy of this year’s theme.
