Leadership Week

Join us in celebrating Leadership Week 2025, which marks a quarter century of out of-this-world leadership! Since 2000, Leadership Week is an annual initiative coordinated by Leadership Week Executive Board, LEAD Scholars Academy with support of the UCF’s Student Government, National Society of Leadership and Success, Omicron Delta Kappa, and the LEAD Students Association among others. The purpose of Leadership Week is to encourage, recognize, and develop leadership throughout the UCF community. It is a week of educational programs, events, and workshops intended to engage participants in many leadership competencies. Leadership Week offers dozens of thought-provoking lectures, workshops, experiential learning programs, and interactive events to engage students, faculty, and staff in leadership development. This year’s Leadership Week will be held February 17-21, 2025.
