Leadership Week



Leadership Week is an annual initiative coordinated by LEAD Scholars Academy, LEAD Students Association, the National Society of Leadership and Success, and numerous offices and departments throughout the university. Leadership Week was created to identify, recognize, and develop leadership throughout the UCF community. It is a week of lectures, programs, events, and workshops intended to engage its audience in many leadership competencies. All programs are open to students, faculty, and staff.


Leadership Week Educational Sessions

During Leadership Week there are many opportunities to learn and develop leadership skills such as:

  • Keynote speakers
  • Interactive workshops
  • Educational programs on a variety of topics
  • Service and networking opportunities
