Since graduation, I have been fortunate enough to work on many big-budget events and shows ranging from television broadcast to live entertainment and events. Most recently I have had the honor and privilege to contribute the Disney Enchantment, a nighttime fireworks projection mapping show currently playing at Magic Kingdom during the most magical celebration on earth: The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary. One of the things I credit LEAD the most with is providing a toolkit in the foundations of leadership that I can use and translate to my day-to-day work. Leadership in the arts is something that most people do not realize is vital for success to happen, therefore I found myself with a leg up upon graduation when I could work together with other people in harmony instead of discord. A lot of that I credit to LEAD in helping shine a light on how to navigate that in the professional world.
