Dr. Mark Allen Poisel, originally from Crown Point, IN, earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in College Student Personnel Work from Indiana State University and his Education Specialist and Doctor of Education from The Florida State University. Dr. Poisel previously worked at UCF from 1999-2011 in Student Development and Enrollment Services and returned in Summer 2021 to a full-time role with LEAD Scholars Academy. He has 30 years of college and university experience as an administrator and instructor.
