Rick Falco

Rick has been at UCF as a student or employee since 1994, earning a B.S. in Business Administration and M.A. in Educational Leadership from UCF before transitioning into a full-time employee. His current role is Director of the UCF Student Union. Rick has also been teaching in the LEAD Scholars Program since 2003, encouraging first year LEAD Scholars to start new campus initiatives as class projects.
