Professor Shelby Melfi is the Knights of Distinction Program Coordinator at the University of Central Florida. Professor Melfi earned her Master of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She previously taught Biology and Biomedical Science at the secondary and college level for seven years before becoming the UCF Knights of Distinction Program Coordinator in 2021. Professor Melfi is enthusiastic about helping students create an e-portfolio that helps them reflect on leadership experiences, prepare for their post-graduation goals, and showcase their hard work and achievements!
