Matt Rall

Matt Rall is an Emergency Management Coordinator at UCF. He got started in the field of emergency management in 2017 here at UCF, then went on to become an Emergency Management Coordinator at Clemson University, before returning to UCF. Matt earned a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management from UCF and is currently finishing a Master of Public Administration from Clemson University. He has been involved in numerous incidents and events including hurricanes, severe weather, winter storms, protests, sporting events, radiological, and has recently become a FEMA Instructor. During his time at UCF Matt was worked at the Recreation and Wellness Center, was an Orientation Team Leader, a member of Greek Life, and was a LEAD Scholar.
